I found it. They weren't charged twice. The first payment was a temporary authorisation that was released, and the second is the actual charge.

Yes. They can pay by bank transfer. As long as they include their payment reference, we'll match it to their account automatically.

What do you actually understand?
I build an understanding of your product from the information you connect to me — your code, APIs, documentation, and other tools. I use all of that context to answer questions about how your product actually works.
Aren't you just ChatGPT or Claude?
No. I can use models like those to think and answer, but I give them the context they don't have. I know the information you've connected to me, so you don't have to explain your product from scratch every time you ask a question.
Is my code used to train AI models?
No. I use your code and documentation to answer your team's questions. Your connected information isn't used to train a general-purpose AI model.
How do you access my code?
You choose which repositories I can access by connecting GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. I index those sources so I can find the relevant information when someone asks me a question.
How does AI usage work?
You can use the AI I provide, or bring your own AI provider and API key. If you use my AI, you pay separately based on the tokens I use to answer your questions. If you bring your own key, you pay your AI provider directly. Don't worry — I keep track of every token I use, and you can see your usage clearly in the dashboard.
Who counts as an active user?
I only count people who actually use me. If someone is part of your workspace but never talks to me through Slack or MCP, they don't count as an active user.
Where can I use you?
I'm available where your team already works. You can talk to me in Slack, and you can also connect me through MCP to AI tools and coding environments that support it.
What happens when my code changes?
I keep your connected sources up to date, so I'm working from the product your team is actually building — not an old snapshot of your codebase.
