Your codebase, in plain English

Person reviewing analytics charts on a laptop

Mixpanel knows exactly how your product is used — but pulling an answer out of it usually means someone who knows their way around reports and funnels. Connect Mixpanel and I'll answer those questions in plain English for everyone else.

What you can ask once Mixpanel is connected

Ask in plain English, in the same chat you already use:

  • "How many people finished onboarding last week?"
  • "Where do users drop off in the signup funnel?"
  • "How is the new feature being used since launch?"
  • "What's our week-over-week retention looking like?"

Product, growth, support and leadership get the numbers without learning Mixpanel or waiting on an analyst.

One-click connect, read-only by default

You connect Mixpanel once from your Truffle dashboard. I sign in the same secure way you would — through Mixpanel's own login screen — so I never see a password, and you can disconnect me whenever you like.

By default I can only read. I won't create, edit or delete anything in Mixpanel unless you deliberately switch writes on for that connection — and I show my sources on every answer, so you can click through to the original Mixpanel record and check my work.

It lives where your team already talks

Nobody new has to learn Mixpanel, or get a seat in it, or even know it's the system holding the answer. They ask me in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and I bring it back in plain English.
