Person reviewing financial reports

Your books live in Xero, and the answers a small-business owner needs daily — who's paid, what's owed, how the month looks — shouldn't need a bookkeeper on call. Connect Xero and ask.

What you can ask once Xero is connected

Ask in plain English, in the same chat you already use:

  • "Which invoices are unpaid, and who owes us the most?"
  • "What bills do we still have to pay this week?"
  • "How does this month's profit compare to last?"
  • "What did we invoice this client over the past year?"

Owners, finance and ops get a read on the books without opening Xero or waiting on the accountant.

I connect read-only and show my sources, so every figure links back to the actual Xero record — handy when you hand it to your accountant.

One-click connect, read-only by default

You connect Xero once from your Truffle dashboard. I sign in the same secure way you would — through Xero's own login screen — so I never see a password, and you can disconnect me whenever you like.

By default I can only read. I won't create, edit or delete anything in Xero unless you deliberately switch writes on for that connection — and I show my sources on every answer, so you can click through to the original Xero record and check my work.

It lives where your team already talks

Nobody new has to learn Xero, or get a seat in it, or even know it's the system holding the answer. They ask me in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and I bring it back in plain English.
